4) Logistical Planning:

Logistics are the backbone of any event, and the Jesus March is no exception.

This includes everything from securing permits, arranging security and medical services, to managing the sound and stage setup.

Our logistical planning team works to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event so that you can focus on experiencing the presence of God.

5)Travel Accommodations:

To make these events happen we have a team of 16 people to ensure the event can happen.

This includes: core team (6), worship (2), media (2), security (3) and additional volunteers (3).

We plan and book hotels, flights and car rental. 

6) Worship Planning:

The heart of the Jesus March is to proclaim the name of Jesus and make Him known.

Worship plays a vital role in creating an atmosphere of praise and worship.

Our worship team is responsible for selecting the songs and preparing the worship setlist, as well connecting with different worship leaders to be part of the event.

7) Costs/ Fundraising: 
Each Jesus March takes finances to make the event happen.

On average it costs around $15k-$20k per event.

That breaks down to: advertisement, sound equipment rental, stage rental, permitting, flights, car rentals, waters, hotels and other miscellaneous.
